When you activate Red Alert, an alert is sent to our 24/7 Monitoring Centre. A trained operator can listen to what is happening, access your location and assess the situation. If you need help, they can contact the emergency services or one of your trusted contacts.


Check-In lets you record a short voice message with useful information such as where you are, where you're going and what you're doing. You can use it before travelling, walking alone or entering a situation where you'd like additional reassurance, giving operators useful context if you later need help.


SoloProtect is available from £5 per month, giving you access to personal safety features including Red Alert, Check-In, location sharing and 24/7 monitored support.

We'll collect the information needed to set up your account, including your trusted contacts. Once your account is ready, you can download the SoloProtect app, sign in and start using your personal safety features.
