When you purchase a subscription for the SoloProtect app, you'll be billed automatically based on the subscription duration and frequency you have chosen. Your payment details will be stored securely.
Cooling off period:
You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of the commencement date by writing to us at support@soloprotect.com.
If you exercise your cooling-off rights, you will no longer have access to the SoloProtect application or services from the date we process your cancellation.
Cancelling after the cooling off period:
If you have purchased an annual subscription and would like to cancel after the cooling off period:
Please email us at support@soloprotect.com a minimum of 30 days before your subscription is due to renew to explain that you would like to cancel. We will then terminate your subscription when your current subscription period comes to an end.
If you have purchased a monthly subscription and would like to cancel after the cooling off period:
Please email us at support@soloprotect.com a minimum of 30 days before your subscription is due to renew for the following month to explain that you would like to cancel. We will then process the cancellation and terminate your subscription with effect from the end of the relevant month and we will not process any further fees.
Upon termination of your subscription, you will no longer have access to the SoloProtect application or services.
